We are focused across the education spectrum: Pre-K-12, Post-Secondary and Lifelong Learning & Corporate Training. History
³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ was founded in 2010 by Jonathan Grayer, former Chairman and CEO of Kaplan, Inc., to create the best digital curriculum capabilities and resources in the world by enabling teachers, administrators, parents and students to benefit from innovative technologies. In partnership with KKR, ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ made over fifteen investments in the education technology space. In 2018, ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ’s K12 digital assets were sold to Silver Lake and since that time the business has realized significant organic growth as well as executed a number of add-on acquisitions to its core business. Also in 2018, ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ sold its educator professional development and assessment technology business to Powerschool and its OPM business to John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Since then, ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ has brought together all its K-12 digital assets under the Imagine Learning brand, and in 2021, ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ brought in an additional partner in Onex.
